Q.What is your payment and refund policy? 

A. I require a retainer fee of $100 to confirm all sessions. The retainer fee is non-refundable and will later be deducted from your final balance, which is due by the day of your session. 

Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; once a transaction has been completed it is then considered non-refundable.

Q. What if I have to reschedule my session?

A. I understand weather, illness, or other reasons may cause us to reschedule a session. With the weather being unpredictable, I normally only reschedule if the forecast is over a 50% chance of rain within 24 hours of the session date. 

For other situations, you must notify me at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule and you will be allowed one rescheduling credit. Failure to give 48 hours notice will result in a rescheduling fee of $50. If I have to reschedule, I will do everything in my power to find the next date that is convenient for us. 

Q. What happens if I'm late to my session?

A. Please do your best to be prepared and on time for your session. If you are late, I will not be able to extend your session past the original end time for the session. Be mindful of rush hour and parking. I also suggest scheduling makeup sessions 3-4 hours before your session.
